Pausteurisers

The FIC batch pasteurizer is designed to pasteurise ice-cream mix.
It has a fast agitator and as heat source it uses hot water or, upon request, steam. The heating medium flows into the Trapcold® jacket that is integrated in the wall and bottom of the FIC pasteurizer.
The capacity range is from 300 up to 2400 litres.
The tank has an electronic controller; it can be supplied in the open or closed version.
