Sical AB: history and collaboration with FIC
Founded in 1985 by Goran Larsson, Sical AB was established in Sweden with the mission of developing highly specialized solutions for industrial heat transfer.
The collaboration with FIC S.p.A. began in the 1990s and was consolidated in 1992 with the acquisition of 50% of the company by the Italian firm.
This partnership enabled the combination of technical know-how and production capacity, while maintaining the operational base in Sweden.
Since 2014, following a rebalancing of ownership shares, Sical continues to operate under a copyright and patent agreement with FIC, consolidating the brand as a reference in Northern Europe for custom thermal applications.

What Sical Produces
The heart of Sical technology is represented by thermo-plates, essential elements for ensuring heat transfer efficiency.
