HOW IT WORKS
Eutectic technology: thermal storage for uninterrupted transport

Eutectic plates are cold accumulators that use saline solutions or eutectic mixtures to maintain constant internal compartment temperature during transport. After being charged in special cold rooms, they gradually release cold during travel.

Main technology characteristics include:

  • autonomous operation without compressor
  • elimination of noise and emissions during deliveries
  • cold continuity even with frequent door openings
  • possibility of operating even with engine off
